Why Happivie exists

Growing up comes with questions.

Who you are. Whether you’re enough. Friendships and relationships that get complicated. Studies and deadlines. A career and a future that doesn’t always feel clear. The weight of expectations — yours and other people’s. Habits that are hard to break. A sense of wellbeing that comes and goes. Decisions that feel bigger than they should.

Happivie Consulting is a space where young adults can pause, reflect, understand what is happening and move forward with greater clarity — at their own pace, and without judgement.

How we can help

Support offered at Happivie Consulting

Counselling, coaching and personal development for young adults. These are the areas people most often want to talk through — and they overlap more than you might expect.

Confidence & Relationships

Self-esteem, friendships and social skills; navigating relationships, conflict resolution, and handling peer pressure or bullying.

Academic & Career

Academic challenges and procrastination; goal setting and achievement strategies; career and future planning.

Wellbeing & Emotional Resilience

Stress and anxiety management; emotional and mental wellbeing; building resilience for everyday pressures.

Life Skills & Personal Growth

Decision-making, time management and organisational skills; screen-time management; personal development.

This isn’t a fixed programme. It’s a conversation that meets you wherever you are right now — shaped by Dhairya around what you bring.

Two paths

Counselling or coaching?

Happivie Consulting offers both, and they overlap more than people expect. The difference is mostly in emphasis — and you do not need to choose before you speak.

Counselling

A confidential space to understand and work through what’s hard — feelings, patterns and experiences that are affecting you now.

  • Emotional difficulty, stress or low mood
  • Making sense of relationships and experiences
  • Processing, self-understanding and steadiness

How Happivie Works

Because meaningful growth starts with understanding — not with ready-made answers.

These are the principles that shape every conversation at Happivie Consulting. They reflect how Dhairya works, whether you come for counselling, coaching, or simply to make sense of where you are.

01

Your answers, not our answers

I don’t believe in simply telling you what to do. I help you explore the situation and arrive at answers that make sense for you.

02

Psychology meets practicality

Psychological understanding is combined with practical tools that can be applied to everyday life.

03

No fixed formula

Every person and situation is different. The work is shaped around you rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

04

A space without judgement

A supportive space where young adults can talk openly, reflect honestly and be heard.

What happens when you reach out?

A simple, unhurried beginning

You don't need to know exactly what you need before you reach out. This is roughly how things tend to unfold — at your pace, with no pressure to have it all figured out.

  1. 01

    Start with a conversation

Tell me a little about what’s bringing you here.

  2. 02

    Understand

We explore what you’re experiencing and what you’d like support with.

  3. 03

    Find clarity

Through counselling or coaching, we create space to understand the situation, your needs and your options.

  4. 04

    Move forward

Identify practical next steps that feel meaningful and realistic for you.

You don’t need to know exactly what you need before you reach out.
